COMPLAINTS PROCESS:

If you have any complaints about our service, please contact us directly at 0151 260 5544. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

LOAN RULES

1. The correct application or renewal notice must be signed, giving seven days notice.

2. All loans granted must have a contract signed and witnessed.

3. Weekly repayments begin immediately according to the contract and must be paid as they fall due.

4. Payment cards should be available for marking every week and any loss must be reported immediately to your collector.

5. Liability for the repayments of any loan may not be assigned.

6. The Company reserves the right to refuse a loan without explanation.

7. All arrears must be paid before the renewal of a loan and in no circumstances will an increase be allowed if a loan has fallen into arrears.

8. If there is still a balance outstanding at the date when the loan should have been completed, an arrears charge will be made according to the contract signed.

9. If you are changing your address, notify your agent or the office immediately.

10. Failure of a collector to call cannot be accepted as a reason for non-payment. Payment must be brought or sent to the office.

11. Referred cheques will be charged as per the Company's current rate.
